Occasionally, course presentations can experience audio and visual glitches due to a conflict in your web browser’s memory cache. Usually all that needs to be done to resolve this issue is to clear your web browser’s cache. Below are links to instructions on how to clear caches for the most commonly used web browsers.

If you do not see the web browser you use below, you will most likely be able to find instructions on how to do so in your browser’s help and support section.
